I had my garage door serviced today and the whole process was really easy, from booking the appointment all the way to the end. I got a call the morning of, to let me know when Yam will be arriving. I also received a call from Yam when he was on his way. He was on time, professional, and at the end of the appointment, he briefed me on the work that was performed, and didn't upsell me on other services that I don't need. I appreciate this because I've had MANY experiences where a home service provider gives me the worst case scenario at the end of the appointment to scare me into agreeing to additional work that probably was unnecessary. 5 stars to Infinity Garage Doors! They came by to check out and tune up the garage door at our home. Yam was very knowledgeable, friendly, & was on time. He took the time to explain the process and what needed to be done. Their office even called ahead when they were on the way. I highly recommend them to anyone having noises or trouble with their garage door.
Yam was so nice and answered all of our silly questions. He gave us practical advice on maintaining our garage and he quickly got the job done on replacing our torsion springs and repairing the tension rod that was pulling out from the stud. He even left a handy sticker near the garage door opener on our wall with his name, phone number, and service date. Love the 1 year warrant too!

I had the best experience with Yam & his teammate, Hill, this past week. My chain had fallen off my system. Unfortunately, for me, it was not repairable due to the teeth on the opener being bent. Metal shavings on the top of the opener showed wear & tear. My unit was over 15 years old & I don't think it had ever been serviced (I've owned the house 8 years). Bought a new unit & new rollers they had in stock & on the van. Went mid-range as this was an expensive transaction for me. Was not expecting this work/expense, but after the new one was up & running....Day & night....I've never had a more quiet garage door opener in my life! You almost want to hit the button to hear it go up & down for fun! These guys were very communicative, timely, professional, nice & very personable. Thank you, Yam & Hill, for your help. They offer a discount to educators and first responders which we love, so we scheduled a next-day appointment using their QR code. Yam called this morning to confirm his arrival time and he arrived early and completed the job quickly. The price was competitive, the parts come with a warranty, and Yam was very professional. I will use him again when the time comes.

I called and was scheduled for the next day I got a call saying they had a tech in the area and could come by same day so I was happy about that , they arrived on time and were very professional and kind , I just assumed they would look at the broken door and then give me a quote and tell me it would be days or weeks before the part was in , but NOPE they had the parts on the truck and had it all fixed in the time they said they could do it Yam and John did a fantastic and very professional job and also assisted me on a few questions I had even though they did not have too , I would and will use this company again !!

I scheduled an appointment for them to come look at my garage door. Was quoted for them to come between 8-10 this Sunday morning and they stated they would come during that time. I’ve been home with my toddler all morning running around with her waiting for them to come.
They sent a text at 8:05 stating they would be here between 9:15-10 and to confirm. Well I didn’t see the text because you know, can’t be on my phone all the time working and chasing a toddler around as a solo mom. When I did send the text at 9:45 saying yes they then pushed my time for later.
When I said that’s a huge inconvenience and to cancel because I’m not working with someone who can’t show up on time they then stated that you have to confirm for them to send a tech. Umm… why would you quote a time and not come during that time? When we agree to a time that’s me confirming that time frame. Not everyone can be on their phone 24/7. If it’s mandatory to confirm, then state that during the scheduling of an appointment!

Yam is very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy at all regarding getting the product that might cost more. He explains everything thoroughly. The service did not take long at all. My garage door hasn’t been able to open for a few months now and due to the freezing weather, I needed to park my van in the garage to prevent any damage. I called Infinity Garage Door and spoke to a representative who made me an appt to have a repair person come between 2pm to 4pm the same day. The technician, Jacob called an hour before coming to confirm he was on his way by 3pm. Jacob gave me a reasonable estimate and installed springs and an opener within hours. By 5pm I had a working garage door. Jacob provided a thorough explanation of what was done, patient with answering questions and worked in a timely and efficient manner. They did fine, but they said they were going to take away my old garage door that was insulated. They ripped off the insulation and left it there and said they didn’t have a way to dispose of it… so I guess it’s my problem now. When I told my sales rep he said- well if you would have asked about the garage door insulation I would have told you we couldn’t dispose of that… which is funny because I bought an insulated garage door from them…. And implied it’s my responsibility to get rid of that. Then he asked me to be sure I paid the installers before they left.
The installers left behind a bunch of trash from tearing everything apart and there were large bolts and screws left in my driveway that I’m still cleaning up.

Jacob was great. Came on a Sunday. Diagnosed within 2 minutes as broken spring. Gave a solution which unfortunately for Wayne Dalton is a conversion. Had all the parts. Got it done in an hour.

Really happy with the work Jacob did replacing an old, busted opener with a new, quiet unit. Showed some other things that were worse for the wear and helped get everything with my garage door working smoothly.
We hadn’t used infinity in the past, but used them because of their responsiveness to our call. Jacob was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He did a turnaround replacement of our 15 year old liftmaster and maintenance on our heavy wooden double garage door in about an hour for a reasonable price and put up with all my questions. My garage door was repaired back in May 2023. Today I was having problem open and close the garage door so I called the service rep Michael. I told him the problem with my door. He told me that he will be at my home within and hour and he was at my home less then and hour. Michael found the problem right away and fixed it with no charged cause of the warranty I have. He did an outstanding job repaired it in timely manner and highly recommend this company and Repair man Michael. Very satisfied customer!
I have a 36 yr. old original wooden garage door. It was operating slowly and giving "object detected" errors. Technician Michael came out to evaluate the problem. He was very professional, well-spoken, and polite. He gave me an honest assessment of the door's condition. With his advice, I decided not to have servicing done because the deterioration of the wood would not hold the adjustment and may just create other issues. Since there was no danger factor, he suggested I just wait until I was ready to replace it. So, when that time comes, I'll be calling Infinity to do the work.

I had a bent garage door that I wanted repaired. When I called, the gal that answered was very friendly. She offered same day service and confirmed that coming out for an estimate was free of charge. I didn't need same day, so Michael came out the next morning. He was also very friendly. He reviewed my options and fixed my garage door quickly. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

These guys are incredible. They were able to get a technician out the same day to install an opener on my garage door. I had a very pleasant experience with Infinity Garage Door this week. Our 15 year old Clopay double door began to fail - the frame separating from the outer skin, causing the door to bind and refuse to open and/or close. Michael arrived the next day and gave a very reasonable estimate. He then returned at 8am the following morning with a partner to install the door. Jacob and Michael did an excellent job, were very professional and courteous. Plus, a lot of fun to talk to! In addition to replacing one door, they serviced and replaced the spring on our second door. I have kept their business card taped to the new door in the event I need any further repair or replacement work.
